Alignment - True Neutral
A True Neutral character or organization can be introduced as a Wild Card, neither aligned with the Hero nor the Big Bad. On the other hand, they may well be on one side or the other, at least nominally. Perhaps they care little for the conflict and have their own goals, which are neither particularly good or evil. A True Neutral scientist may work for the good guys because it furthers their research, but they may also work for the bad guys for the same reason. They could also be on whichever side their friends are, just because of that. True Neutral characters can seem somewhat selfish, but they can also seem rather happy-go-lucky in comparison to more responsible characters.

Powers-  Noah has no powers, though he does have an adapted set of skills that could be seen as such.

Skills/ Abilities -
Parkour - "The activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing."
Through intensive training, Noah has gained the athletic ability of Parkour. Though he possess no actual powers, this can be mistaken as one. When he scales a wall with such ease and speed it seems as though he is defying gravity itself; or when he leaping from building top to building top it looks as though he is flying. His mind knows no limits and he believes that the human body is capable of anything, he likes to test this theory out on a daily basis. This has landed him some deep trouble in the past.

Weaponry - "The design, production and welding of weapons."
The extensive knowledge of weapons surpasses that of simply wielding; but also deign and manufacture of weapons. Though the man knows how to use a gun, he prefers to stick to the more silent types of blade and bow.
He has in his possession numerous types of weapons, though they were all but lost to him in the fire of the hide out.

Knowledge -
Herb-lore - "Herbal medicine is the study and use of medicinal properties of plants. The scope of herbal medicine is sometimes extended to include fungal and bee products, as well as minerals, shells and certain animal parts. "

• Toxicology - "The branch of science concerned with the nature, effects, and detection of poisons."
  The knowledge expands from botany. Noah uses toxicology for his profession. not only from the toxins of plants, but from the venoms of Animals. He can concoct numerous toxins and neurotxoins from any amount of different potentially dangerous substances.

Personal Traits -
Adaptable - "Able to be modified for a new use or purpose."
The life spent training in the art of a shadow has given Noah the ability to adapt to any situation he is faced with; though it was not only his training that gave him this trait, but the life he lived before his training even commenced. The life of a street rat saw him put in situations that others would normally curl up and fall into an abyss of depression; but Noah came out fighting.

Arrogant - "Having or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities."
There is a border line between having full faith in your abilities and projecting that you know everything. Though Noah does not believe he knows everything and in fact likes to learn more, he has full faith in his abilities and has no hesitation in projecting that outwards. This, at most times, can come off as very arrogant.

Athletic- "Physically strong, fit, and active."
The life of a street rat helped keep Noahs fitness in tip top shape, but when you barely eat once a day, it is hard to keep your strength about you; though when he was taken in by his master, that was a long gone problem. The training of an assassin was not easy and his fitness, endurance and strength all had to be honed to as successful as he is now.

Clear-Headed- "Alert and thinking logically and coherently."
Even in dreams, Noah can assess a situation and route a clear outcome. His mind is free of clutter, free of fear and though sometimes this leads him to trouble, it has allowed him top see things and analyse every situation to find the best possible outcome.

Compassionate - "Feeling or showing sympathy and concern for others."
It is a rare thing for a an assassin to have a show of compassion for others, since their job entitles them to be void of emotion; but Noah has found the border to settle upon. He does not allow his work and home life to coincide, instead keeping hat might seem as a "double-life'. He shows a deep empathetic response to people, even to those he does not know tough at times he can seem like a jerk.

Inquisitive - "Curious or inquiring."
Noah loves to know things. He is naturally inquisitive, which makes his profession that much easier. He needs to know how things work, why they work and where possible, how he can make it work. If he comes across something that he does not know, he will spend hours with patience trying to learn all he can about it.

Description -

History - Born into a life of poverty, Noah was a lucky child to survive. His family lived in a hovel and the boy learned to live on the streets to survive. Growing up on the streets saw him in the lessons of pick pocketing by the time he was 5, stealing by the age of 6 and the art of deceptiveness at the age of only 8.
At the young age of 10 his mother was diagnosed with the plague. His parents, fearing for his life, knew that their way of life could not see them to better health and in a desperation to their son live, forced him into the streets. When they could not afford the necessary treatment and ailments necessary, death took them within two months.
Within a few weeks Noah was taken in by an old man whom looked after all the orphaned children on the city streets; but there was a crude hierarchy within the household that the old man was otherwise unbeknownst about. Being a small child, and fairly new, he was cast to the bottom.
Though the old man, who he came to know as Albert, gave the children equal portions of bread and soup before he left for work, that would soon change as soon as he left.
Food was stolen from the lower ranks and distributed evenly between the brutes, "King", he called himself, and his understudies.
The lessors were lucky if they got a scrap.
Noah was always the compassionate one in his small band of lessors. He would always break his bread and give larger portions to Lilly, a girl of 6 years old and Lurik, a boy of the same age as Noah.
The skills acquired from his father came in useful in the years to come. pickpocketing saw him saving money to buy bread when the Upper ranks chose to starve the lessors and his stealing, though not condoned by Lilly, saw bread in their hands when money was scarce.
At the age of 16 is when his life would take a turn for ever.
A shadow passes over head, casting out the moonlight. Noah is no stranger to the angels of the night, often dreaming to become one so he could take down King and change the hierarchy. He races after it, following it on the ground as it passes over head. He is quick, and he is silent; but he still cannot keep up with the shadow.
A man, 30 yards away falls to the floor. Noah runs to the mans body. "Dead." He confirms placing two fingers upon the mans neck. He then contain use to search the mans coat, finding a few dollars hidden beneath the fabric.
Something hard smashes him in the side of the face catching him completely off guard. He flies across the alley and is stopped by the wall on the other side. When his eyes open, he is faced with a man towering above him. A sword at his nose.
"You. Every day you follow me." The voice says. "Get up."
Noah scrambles to his feet despite the throbbing in his head.
"Come." The man turns, cloak billowing out like a curtain in a gust of wind. He doesn't wait for the boy as he runs to keep up. The boy takes a look back to watch as two pairs of eyes watching him from the darkness.
The years that follow are hard and gruelling. his training is intense but he never falters, always trying to impress his master; but never succeeding.
He is schooled in the art of botany, herbology, and toxicology; learning how to make poisons. How to etch a sword so that a fabric soaked with toxins can hold firmly to the metal even when a hit has been taken.
Each night he sleeps and thinks of the eyes that watched him leave and never return. He vows to return to the streets of the city and find Lilly and Lurik, to help them and take them away from the life they know with the savings from his allowance.
At the age of twenty, a fire breaks out in the far off town. it burns everything, the hideout is no exception. With the life of his master gone, Noah has no choice but to make his own way. He has enough knowledge to survive and enough money to live; he returns to the streets of Muchani to find his long lost friends and avenge the life they never had.
